Is this a bug

I just retaired my char for the fifth time and here is the problem. It seems that I´m getting only 6 weapon points per lvl :shock:.
It should be 10 points per level, am I right?

I would appreciate if some one could check it out and confirm is it really 6 point per level or is it that my char is somehow broken. :cry:

It's normal, as you level through lower levels you get a low amount of wpp per level, and obviously higher levels give you a larger amount of wpp(for example a 29 to 30 should give you 11 wpp)
