[Strategus] - map movement, seas, forests

Hi all,

I suggest an (easy) change that will increase strategus complexity and strategy. Right now you move on the map with no regard to what is there... ok, its simple, but why not

1. make SEA impossible to travell on - giving map features a meaning

2. create FORESTS where movement is 1/4th or 1/2 of normal speed

This will make strategic choices on which borders to patrol, watch, where to move, slower but maybe unguarded routes etc. etc.

would be nice if strategus functioned like the in-game single player..instead of webbased

Devs said in new strat that terrain will be something you have to consider when moving, as opposed to just being a background like it is now.
