Well we used to have the TFO server in Chicago and it gave a better ping to users all over compared to the other NA servers at the time and many could attest to this.

None of the other servers/people will make a no banner balance server.  So I figured I would just take the initiative and try to make one myself.  This will provide new players that come to CRPG with the most fair experience while leveling up.  Especially those that are not in clan or really small clans.  Or even people that are playing while their clanmates are not on.

Florida might be a possibility though.

Might as well change autobalance too. Worst part of playing on siege is getting switched every round.

I've been told ATS already has a 50 man battle server with banner balance off. I don't know if they have a seige server with it off as well, but if that's true, you may want to make your no banner balance server a seige server. But as has been pointed out before, it's probly going to be empty. Banner balance is only hated by a select few. Mostly those who refuse to join clans.
