A belated announcement thread for the new NA servers. Foreword written by Classical.
After a time has passed, the development team of the mod cRPG/Strategus have decided to do something interesting for the North American community, and convert their surface face to the aspects of neutrality, peace, and love. Without further ado, I would like to explain what is to be further explained by explanations.
Neutrality, the state or policy of being neutral, especially nonparticipation in conflict, and resolute of bias.
Neutrality is a course which everyone must pursue at a time to beneficially create a completely unbiased and neutral area of operations or service. The idea and concepts behind the core ethics of unbiased Neutrality, which is in itself an oxymoron, of course you can see - but continuing the discussion: can easily be unbalanced by the smallest feather or spec of happiness or well-being. Due to this fact, neutrality is sometimes hard to achieve, and has to be a resolute application on top of a certain set of circumstances. With these set of circumstances and rule bases solidified we can now move to the idea of having a faction that is not supported by the surfaced unbiased and neutral element of the game, then that would not be neutral. Despite the efforts, intentions, and other givings to the community. Therefore the neutral ideals which are already enforced on other aspects and sides of the community have to eventually be enforced on the other side of the community, which as said by the neutral developer, applied to him by surface intent - the North American community will get a server run by said neutral surface faction. There is now a set of official North American cRPG/Strategus servers, that are run by the development team of the mod. These servers include a: Defend the Virgin server, Strategus Battle server, Siege server, Battle server. The Strategus battle server will be the site of all future Strategus battles in terms of North American preference, these servers will be the basis of Strategus for the North American community.
All of these servers are hosted by an
Anonymous third-party contributor, who is graciously donating his time, effort, and money into paying for these servers for the sole benefit of the North American community. However, as this gracious host will not ask himself - I will. Donations for this server would greatly relieve any stress of the main contributor of the funds that essentially and obviously without any explanation in terms - fund the servers.
