I cant move on a strategus map!! Mine character Sargon_B always stays near the bridge between Haringoth Castle and Vyincourd castle. When i try to move somewhere, the dashed red movement line disappears in few minutes and character stays where it was. Can someone help me?

you can't move across rivers, go the opposite direction and use the bridges if u want across, u can also use the zoom function in the strat menu to see your exact location so u know where to move.

My Clanmate just started Strategus today at 21:15 gmt +1!
He spawned between Reindi Castle and Halamar (when u have the middle between them go a cm down)!
The Problem is he just cant move!

He tried often to move to several directions and to other players, villages, towns and castles but he cant move anywhere!

Someone can solve this problem?
Or maybe just move him elsewhere?

Just an FYI. Linking to the Zoom fature doesn't work. It will only show the position of the one YOU are logged in with. So you will see YOUR zoom and not your friends. Same as if you press this link, you wont get my character, but your own. Capiche?

Make him save the picture and upload it. Then you will see what he's stuck at.

the location of your clanmate shouldn't have any obstacle that denies moving, maybe tell him to try using another browser and see if that helps.
also tell him how to use the movement functions properly, it could be that he missunderstood something about how u move your char on strat etc. (usage of the leftside menu)

what suddenly strikes me, did u mean Reindi or Rindyar Castle? Cus if its Rindyar u really mean, then yes, there are cliffs there. depending on wich side he is on, he should move the opposite direction of that cliff ofc.

he tried all things he can move to and also with the move... to... button
but he really cant move
no i meant reindi castle
there arent any cliffs or rivers just the boarder between steppe land and grass land!

finally we solved the problem.   

my mate just tried and tried and tried...
finally he just set it to enter reindi castle and by now he moved one cm up
the other problem is that he cant see the line which shows you the way you will go!
someone knows a solution for that?

tell him to try another browser.
fx. chrome or firefox are best for strat.
also tell him to use eye candy wich makes strat way more practical and better looking

If you look just west of Udiniad, there is a battle between ErniusPetergius_MB, and BWUHAFAAKC_SPARQUE_CHAN_UGUU. My roommate GrotBot_MB is tryin to transfer troops and items to my good buddy Ernius, and is within range. Every time we try to do the transfer it says that we need to open transfers on ernius. I have tried allowing and disallowing transfers multiple times, and its getting down to crunch time. The battle starts at 20:10 Eastern Standard, so the transfers should end around 14:10 Eastern Standard if I'm not mistaken. Please help to fix this bug, or explain what I am doing wrong! Thanks so much!

If you could move him to Ambean, that would be great.  He has 0 troops and I think no goods.

If you could move him out of that mountain, that would be almost as great.

He says he's been all around the edges in there and can't get out.  The zoom shows "black" that he can't move through.  He's not a forum user so I'm posting on his behalf.

He got teleported in there after being AFK for a week (dumb feature imo).
