No, what is pathetic is that you marched troops into Faction territory and automatically assumed that it would be ok, despite there being innumerable clans that have made it very public that large amounts of troops are not allowed.
Strategus has faction territories and I find it to be perfectly blunt, idiotic of you to assume you can march your troops where ever you damn well please. With the excuse of "I can march my troops anywhere" you could easily march through a faction territory with the supposed intent of going to another country then stop halfway in and attack the villages.
In real life, you don't see people sending troops or flying over other people's airspace without permission, and every game where there are nations you don't see people wandering through other people's territory without permission.
What is bullcrap is that you did not see this coming, despite having dedicated faction diplomats.
