depends on what armor you plan on wearing

If you are wearing anything over mail armor and/or using a shield you'll need somewhere around 20 per PT

I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.

I thought it was 13 for PD and 14 for PT, even tho i might be wrong. Counted my wpf to reflect 14xPT and with studded leather and shitty headgear i didnt get the: Not enuff wpf :)

it is 14 for power draw, 13 for power throw -- minimum.
armor of course decreases your WPF, so you need more according to gear.
