Well, I would like to become an admin in the Crpg world, simply because i love the game, the story and the community that revolves around it. Ive met a large amount of players from different servers, be it Eu or Na. I have been an admin before on many different games, and i always try to be fair and just, and do not, Use force as a means to show, well anything. I try to pretend that i do not have any powers but am an enforcer of the law that which governs thy server, first stage if figuring out the problem, maybe said person is just having a bad day or bad game, it happens. Second stage is thus, administrating the issue by talking to said person or persons involved in the conflict and do my best to work it out keep everyone calm and pretty much happy. However if it escalates and the only way to do something is by force of admin powers, then depending on the issue the proper and just punishment because after all you want that player to come back and learn and help keep Crpg growing. I dont like to ban people, unless its obvious hacking even then i gather as much information and proof i can get before actually doing anything, mainly because if im wrong then it comes back at me. I keep my Personal character and pride as well as feelings strictly behind me when i am dealing with people, its like a job, an important one and one that should never be abused and i take it seriously, very seriously. Im actually pretty happy when i play crpg so my judgement is rarely clouded, now if there is an instant where i feel i cannot contain or propperly handle myself like a professional then i would call for another for assistance. Worst case scenarios lol anyways thats just how i go about when i admin havent done it for about a year now and last game i was an admin it was Counter Strike Source.

my Activity is somewhat 40-80 hours a week, if i wanted to i can clock in a lot of hours later durring the weeks to come ill have to knock off 40 hours do to work, but still 40hours is alot i think.
