NA Servers - Game Admin applications OPEN

I'm going to apply because I think the NA administration team needs more diversity. I've been around just short of a year now, which is long enough to think I know how things work and what's acceptable, but not quite long enough to become apathetic and biased.

I'm detached from the rest of the community in the way that I don't really have friends or enemies, I'm impartial as far as strategus goes, and I care about the welfare of the servers.

I've got some experience in being an administrator, though I'm sure it's nothing like cRPG. I try to avoid being an asshole and prefer to be fair in my decisions.

I would like to become an admin because it is really frustrating when there are none on the server. I have been playing for almost 2 years and I'm pretty active. I usually play once a day.
I guess a lot of NA people know me because I have been there for a long time. I can speak both English or French so I think it increases my capacities to deal with problems involving french people(God knows there are )

I'd like to apply for the Administrator position, and I am qualifed to suit the purpose because of the following reasons:

> I play CRpg often, when the NA Seige is populated.
> I have no real affiliation with any regiments, nor do I hold many to be friends in CRpg.

It's goin' alright, the pink banner got nerfed so I switched it to the berserk brand b/c I am a nerd.  There've been a few goons that get on and play casually lately, but aside from sharing the banner it's not really a clan.

I would like to have the opportunity to be admin on NA 1. I have no real credentials but my reasons are pretty simple. Overall I enjoy this community and want to see it continue to be a place were people can enjoy the game without having to suffer reprisal.

Lately there has been a bad rap circulating that the current admins "don't allow fun" and I'd like to rectify this opinion since I am a fairly even keeled person and enjoy a good time. I have a no tolerance policy for abuse of any kind, however,
I feel there are levels of protocol that can be followed in every instance.
-A warning,
-followed by short term punishment (kicks/mutes) for failure to comply,
-then escalation to bans and permanent punishment for severe cases and lack of compliance.

I am a member of Frisia at the moment but hold no real partiality to any of the other larger clans. This means I wouldn't be susceptible to "bro-coding" or favoritism of any real sort. I have a solid relationship with a few members from each clan and in cases of minor abuse and poor behavior would try to negotiate control of players through these channels. A more effective and quiet form of dispute resolution than the open form of public shaming that sometimes goes on.

Lastly I am one of the few players that is on in the morning hours when there are few admins and would be able to mediate issues that arise in the early mornings. Like I said I am very even keeled and try to conflict resolve by seeing both sides of the issue before making snap judgement's. I am not a "top player" in the game so I don't carry an ego into the game. I just want to have fun and allow everyone else to have theirs.

Give me trial-admin because I'm a decent person and will be impartial. If you don't like how I admin, just remove me and there will be no hard feelings on my end.

I know the rules and I know how to appropriately punish people.

I've been a GM on a nwn pw world server, which can be rather painful to do in a 70+ person community. Between running quests and story line events, I also had to deal with players griefing and exploiting.

I will respect the privacy of the admin forums or whatever, and will not talk about what is discussed there. Or you can just not give me those forums.

I'll mute Kesh in game during strat fights when he gets uppity.
