Just for the record, I was kinda half-serious when I posted this. It's nice getting 3-4 QML Multis whenever I get on siege, but I'd rather it not have to come to that.

I'm fair, i dont have any bans on me (i follow the rules).

I would be against Aderyn being a mod. He is very petty and a rager, apparently. I put up a poll to kick him when he was blatantly delaying one day. Rather than argue the mod just banned me a short enough time so I'd be unbanned before I got home from work and that was okay with me so I didn't pursue it further.

He blatantly lied about the circumstances and had a clan buddy of his back him up, although the guy who backed him up did at least say that he didn't believe I deserved a ban for it.

The poll in question, which I submitted not because I disagreed with his playstyle, but because he was delaying was declined by a narrow margin. Aderyn vaguely said, "I was still running and shooting."

This was not a typical battle where Aderyn uses his low weight and athletics to outrun people easily, giving him time to turn around and take a well aimed shot. He was being pursued by someone with the same speed as him who was just far enough out of reach that swinging would slow him down and cause him to miss, but Aderyn was also not fast enough to give himself time to turn around and actually draw his bow and aim.

Anyone who has played an archer knows it takes time for the sights to focus, giving you time to aim and fire. Aderyn was a split second ahead of the guy, and the rest of our time, and would turn around and fire an unaimed shot into the dirt periodically just so that he could argue that he wasn't delaying. He had a multiplier, and he wasted everyone's time on the server, and then was petty enough to put up a ban request and demand repeatedly that I receive a 12 hour ban to sate his own immature desires.

Someone like that doesn't need to be an admin, someone who doesn't delay, doesn't delay, and doesn't stoop down to petty games.

That being said, there are many people in Hospitaller I would be happy to reccommend to be a mod. Sarpton, for example, who endorsed Aderyn, who would be a better choice by far in my opinion.

I do believe the admin explained the rules to you in the thread and why you where banned and why i was not. If it's still shady you should go and look there again.
