Agreed. Its the only really non-essential skill that is class centric (PD,PT,HA). Maybe increase it and we'd see some builds build around really high strength and IF to be pure tanks.

Ironflesh really needs a buff especially with the new level cap at 31 you only get 30 attribute points and there really is no point to put your spare skill points in IF when you could convert them and get much more usefull attribute points instead. And with the light armor people wear these days, ironflesh could be a very usefull skill if buffed.
