You could also use that to your advantage and attack US when it is 4am our time.  that blade cuts both ways

No, it doesn't. Because we're not 12 hours away, but 5-7, so we'd have to play at 10am to have you play at 4am which is the time a lot of people are at work.

Also on a side note NA guys are more charismatic than EU. True story.

More charismatic, if this isn't solely for trolling purposes then that's a big negative. Charisma isn't a national trait, it's a personal one.

Often enough on EU, if I accidentally hit a teammate whilst battling an enemy they will later revenge-attack me.  And I certainly see quite a lot of intentional team-attacking, along with revenge tks, and endless, endless polling.  Accidentally tks seem very often to result in kick/ban polls almost immediately after.  I once leech-reporting some naked guy who had been running around spawn punching those attack dummies for quite some time, and he almost immediately put up a ban poll on me for 'abusing QML'.  Lots of polls.

It is true that there seems to be less conversation in general, probably as has been mentioned because of far more prevalent language differences.  For that I am supremely grateful, because if the playstyle and endless polling is any indication, EU is full of assholes.

Now, I don't think there is any innate difference between EU players and NA players - it's simply that the NA servers are better policed.  EU servers need it just as badly; they just don't have it.  NA admins don't put up with intentional team-wounding, with revenge tks, and all that nonsense.  People who like to do that either know to stay away or have already been banned.

I'm EU and have never noticed any of what you speak of. 99% of the time if you say 'sorry' for a tk, people will accept the apology. Or maybe you just don't apologise? In which case I could see why you would get poll kicked ect. There is a big culture in EU of as long as it's an accident and you apologise, there will be no revenge kills ect. Only occasional trolls will do otherwise. But you get that in both sets of servers.

There is less conversation, probably because of the language barriers, but judging by that comment and the fact that 5 NA rated your post, NA are equal if not more arseholes.

The few times I've played NA servers, have been far less policed than EU. EU there are some very good admins that ban/kick precisely the right people. They don't offer explanations, they don't need to. Usually there will be a warning and then a ban/kick. Few admins don't offer warnings on EU. My experiences with admins on NA (from observations) have been nowhere near so positive. But that's probably more due to the fact I spend most of my time in EU servers.

Also on a side note NA guys are more charismatic than EU. True story.

Judging by you, I wouldn't rate that comment.

I don't rage at the game. Irritated sometimes, but never raging.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.

only if you tell me why USAers hate canadians and mexicans. :D

oh please, any amount of hate some people have for other nations in NA doesn't even come close to the long history of hatred many nations throughout Europe have with each other that still exist with plenty of people. Ireland and England, Germany and Russia (Those ******* Russian's stole Odin's car), Bosnia and Serbia, and plenty others far exceed the (primarily sports) rivalries in the Americas

Yeah, the average American loves Canadians. They are a pretty cool bunch, nice people next door. As for Mexico, a popular country for spring break with quite a few important economic deals set up. All in all The New World gets along with itself pretty well. A few states have a "reputation" for xenophobia, but that is a case of a few bad politicians making bad calls that the people even disagree with (like Arizona ).

right... I think you missed his point.

after all, who left europe on ships to discover the new world, was prisoners, killers, thieves...

i agree with you but talking about sins, USA is second only to WWII chocolate chip cookie germany.

and the only ONLY country in the world that used the atomic bomb over two cities.

EDIT:

don't misunderstand me. i did grow up listen to hendrix, stevie ray vaughan, albert king, albert lee, etc... but i really share what michael moore thinks.

You know, there's a fairly expensive but exciting and interesting way to test all points that have been debated and discussed in this thread.

Someone organizes a huge event, shipping over players from NA and EU to a neutral country. It would make more sense if said country was in EU, since the EU player base outnumbers the NA one so much. Plus, I don't think EU wants to deal with your fucking airport controls and survey-questions like "Are you a terrorist?".

In this event, we have fun activities to ease tensions with the two communities and build friendships in the process.

After all this pansy ass shit, we have a big ass fucking LAN tournament and beat the crap out of each other. Simple.

The funny thing is that Decimo actually believes what he wrote and is not just trolling.

you're right about the fact i'm not trolling. i'm just sharing my thoughts without offending. you're wrong about the fact it's funny. no... isn't funny. is really sad. the NA abuse the words "freedom" and "democracy" too much. incoherence there is a part of the DNA. For instance, "Freedom" while Georgia had slavery and racism attitudes until late sixties. "Democracy" while oil and insurance lobbies control the senate. "Kindness" while bombing around the world since WWII. (CIA in bolivia, Vietnam, operation Desert Storm, operation Enduring Freedom... "Safety" while in the streets people roam around with handguns (kids at second grade school with guns), have guns under the cushion, even banks give you a pump shotgun if you open a bank account.

"Incoherence" since Bush blamed iraq's for weapons of mass destruction while using willypete (white phosphor) to chemically burn civilians in Falluja.

http://www.opednews.com/articles/opedne_mac_mcki_061116_willy_pete_does_fall.htm

Again incoherence for the subtle japanese pearl harbor attack (3000 casualties), while doing 80.000 civilian casualties by level bombing two cities (Hiroshima and Nagasaki) with the first use of nuclear devices against human (also civilians.. not military) targets.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiroshima_and_Nagasaki

So no.. is not funny.
