Never played strategus before, pls HELP

Hi all,
i don't have a clan as i am an occasional player but i enjoy this game and especially this mod.
As far as i can imagine Strategus is some king of real time map with real players on it, right?
Can someone give a link with a kind of guide for beginners, or explain me what its all about, if i need to be in a clan to play strategus or not, if so is there any clan that accepts casuals?
Everybody seems very excited about NEW strategus but i can t find any place with real guide to it...
PLS HELP!

( i m now lvl 25, going for a 18/18 build with 1h wpf 100 and rest in Xbow for sniper arbalest... and i sometime changes to 1h cavalry with xbow but i m bad at it so i think in my next gen i will keep on foot lol... )

So short guide how to do what in Strategus.

when you want to move somewhere you click "Move (Your Name here) to" and then you click on a point of the map. Depending on your Browser you should see a white line. If you are in a faction the line is not whit but in the colour of the Faction. In my case that would be a yellow line.

if you want to enter a Village/Castle/Town you click "You are in the vicinity of Tilimsal" then you get Information about that fief

There you can enter a village if you are not inside one, and there you can leave the village.

There you can recruit Troops.

I suggest you to join a clan for this strat, this version (which is basicly the old one) doesnt offer much fun for clan less peoeple. Though as far as I remember chadz said that there would be more to do for clanless poeple in the new strat to come.

There's no guide or wiki out for Strategus, which is rather weird consider how huge a deal it apparently is. I know, I've been looking for one myself. I also advise you to join a clan. And for personally reasons, I'll go a step further and advise you to join xKhanx.
