STF cooldown time?

Why the hell is there a "cooldown time" for STF chars? I really don't get it.

Was a fan of STF, but now I might as well make a regular character. Time for some gen 1 grinding, or wait another 7 days. Tough choice.

I guess to prevent spawning tons of STF-ed chars with ridiculous builds.

I thought that STF was made to try out new builds and see how they work and now you can create one build the week and have to hope that it works fine for you (instead of deleting it and try a new one when you see that this one fails).

Use your brains. The cooldown is to prevent people respeccing for every map, they actually have to play with their character a bit.
