I agree, repairs should be constant not random.
So that before battle, i can see, can i afford these items or not.

Every round, no matter is it win or lose, it should allways be same % repair cost, of the items you had with you. 
No luck, no random factors.

Pre-patch: Upkeep sustainability was 50K assuming X2 modifier average (granted we all know it is actually 1.9~)
Post-Patch: Upkeep sustainability was between 20-30K
Hotfix: Sustainability is roughly a little over 46K

Most people don't hold over 100k. New players are getting shafted; there is no way a week old player with 10k can play cav, since a few unlucky rounds means he's bankrupt.
