So we were playing on EU_6 where Olwen was running around teamhitting with the club (doing little damage but being annoying) and attacking the Virgin. He also teamkilled Skythikon. Since he didn't stop after we told him to we made a kick poll. It got 45% but since the server had for some reason the threshold on 0% (lolwut?) it passed. He immediately rejoins and makes a BAN poll on Risen_Skythikon which of course passes (because of the 0% requirement). This is an obvious abuse of the ingame poll system and I think this deserves a ban.

you exploited the fact that kickpoll doesn't need 50% on this server to kick me without a good reason i just counterpolled ;)

How could we abuse it when none of us didn't know it was a 0% threshold? But you coming back just after everyone found out and made a ban poll is abuse. Also a teamhit on purpose is a teamhit on purpose. There's no justification that "it did very little damage". A lot of new players have a hard time figuring that out, as they also do with the "do not attack back" rule and people who has played this for a while should teach them this, not running around whacking each other with clubs. I thought you were better than this Olwen, but apparently you are not.

   are you doing a drama because i hit you once with a club ?  to any noob, i'm not an example to follow, don't get a club to hit a teammate for fun  he's gonna be butthurt to lose 1/50 hp  starting a poll without a good reason is abusing it then you abused the threshold even if you didn't know about it ;)

i say it isn't a reason to be mad if you got hit once by a club

Normally I do mind but I wouldn't make a fuzz about it. But you abusing the poll to ban Risen members on the other hand...

If we banned everyone who abuse the poll-system, we would do 50 bans a day. I usually reward kick-poll abuse with a kick, and a ban-poll abuse with a temp ban.

Please dont abuse the poll-system, and olwen, revenge-polls, really? Thats beneath you. I expect that I wont see any complains about you doing it again.
