But let us RESPEC our STF characters WITH a 7day cooldown for respec, too!
Wont solve anything. Guys with one char only will be bitching again that they are stuck with it for few days anyhow.
As mentioned above, if the STF has to be on place, why not to do it combined the old and the new. The accounts with only one char should be able to delete it and make another on lets say 1day cooldown, guys with more chars keep 7 days, or even make it double, why not, something like free softcapped char should not be handed out this often.
As a new player, i would not choose to skip the fun for sure, i am a grinder by nature so i do not mind rerolling few times in order to find the style that fits me. Levelling to 20or so is fast enough and even there you can see the ups and downs on ur char (xcept some HA builds and such where you need to reach some not common stat combinations).
Sorry for all those guys who deleted chars in order to STF, i think you could have announced this planned change in order to prevent them screwing chars they worked quite long time on...shame on you.
Comment to fluffy under me: too bad they nerfed the exp bonus and forced us to roll alts/skip the fun in order to try out new builds instead of just retiring
I mean, respec feature is cool, but cmon, if it was not there i could have retired all my 3 chars at least once, like this i just keep tweaking and tweaking, always hovering around lvl 25-28, keep respeccing to like 24 and rinse repeat
