Can't Select my main-character.

Watch this it will explain it. i cant select my main, but my alts works. I have tried to delete cookies, and all cache. all histroy and everything. i have tried to update it 20 times before trying to choose my main. i have tried with 3 different browsers, firefox chrome and explorer, i have tried from my dads computer, i have gotten a friend to try from his home 140km away. i have tried everything, nothing works.
