Changing character from Alt to Main

how do you change your character from Alternative to main?

        Hello guys, I need help for my clan mate. He has a problem as you can see on the headline what it is. He had a char before that one before and killed him. Now his char is Strudog_of_Abay but he coldnt make it main because there is no choise to choose it as main. He has no more char, no alt; just this one. What shall he do? If it is adminisitrational problam, can an admin help his character? Thank you very much

His current character was created before he deleted his previous main, hence it's permanently tagged as an alt.
