funny guy

I meant right after you chop off the head, with blood gushing upward and chicken running around in circles like, well, headless chicken (there is a saying for good reason). One of the perks of past times, when chicken used to be bred in open space and slaughtered for food less often than it is now the case, with massive farms where chicken are crammed in tight spaces and killed in hundreds every minute. Entire chicken per kg costs almost as one croissant in bit fancier bakery which is insane IMHO. Of course, I am talking about lowest grade chicken meat but still. It is true that happier meat tastes better therefore those chicken that spent time in the open taste much better and their eggs are of much higher quality.
