Where is the map editor and also, how big of a chance does map have to be accepted?

I don't check these forums nearly as much as I should (due to real life pressures) and in truth I'm visiting now to fix a broken promise I made to enter the mapping contest from months ago. This community has soured with age, but there are still gems to be found in the endless sea of shit and whine (old players).
Some of them even +'d your post.
FIGHT! Here and in real life. Don't let willful ignorance and negative nonconstructive feedback bring you down.
Those people (you know who you are) may as well be shouting in a vacuum.
At least we've constructed a suitable holding ground for them here so they don't spill over into the rest of the internet.
