Ploughs are really THE most important assets in a melee combat game. Especially the wheels of ploughs.

Hahahaha!  Yeah, agreed!

just few things who maked me laugh so hard about future chadz project :

from : http://meleegaming.com/yeah sure lol good luck guys with 35,000 € when chivalry got more than $85,934 on kick starter but it costed rly more .. and it was a pro team ...sure warband engine have 9 years it should not be too hard

but look those screen (look at wheels) :
melee gaming project :
(click to show/hide)

warband (low graphics) :
(click to show/hide)

It seems only 12 year-old (or at least those with that mindset) would put graphics as the pinnacle mark for games!  Sure it's nice!  If a game looks good... great!  But for those who know what truly makes a good game... they understand that graphics below many other aspects.  Gameplay and physics certainly rank higher... along with several other aspects.

The fact that Chivalry may look better... so what!  Is it a well made game... yes!  Is it better made than M&B (or cRPG)... nope!

** Not saying it's worse, or much worse... but it's certainly not better.  And for my opinion... overall, cRPG was a better made game!

Any models at this point would likely be placeholders.

[As for chivalry]....there's a reason we're all addicted to a mod based off a game made by 2 turkish dudes in a basement....and it isn't graphics.

About the cart screenshots....placeholders I assume.
But if the combat is as good as crpg or better....i dont give a flying @*$^ if the final carts do have square wheels.

If you want cutting edge graphics go play a major release arcade style shooter with unlocks and 12 year old kiddies on in game chat.

i m just surprised to see so poor screenschot from his project

So you saw an untextured render of a model of a plough shortly after announcement of a new game and you use it to judge its final graphics. It's probably not even rendered in the game's engine.

It's people like you that make most developers think twice whether to release work in progress material or not.
