For best results, visit the public NA teamspeak @ dallas.jestservers.com port 7400. There's a crpg voip right there for public players.
The point of this is that with these kind of maps, tactics are a MUST if you want to win these battles. If cav gives you fits, then ask your polearmed people what the problem is. If archers are giving you fits, then you have a reason to organize your cav. If they punch a hole in your line, and slaughter you, then you need a better shield wall. The list of viable TACTICS can go on and on. If you have problems knowing who to listen to, you can always start at the top of the K:D board, and find one of the top 6 willing to lead
