I can't stand DTV as a Pole user. The mobs AI is to face hump you. They also move extremely fast.

Reduce the number of spawns a tad or make them weaker and give them more spawn locations closer to the town.

Increasing gold and exp gains.
A flat increase to 1000 Exp per wave with a multiplier based on wave level
Round 1  .6  .7 .8
Round 3  1.0  1.1 1.2
Round 4  1.5  1.6 1.7
Round 5   2.0 2.1 2.2

Also a bonus per peasant effected by multiplier of 10 EXP per peasant. This will make it so the more people you have the more exp.

Round5 exp break down:
+6,300 exp Total for all 3 rounds
+945 From Peasant kills   Wave1 20 exp       wave 2 21 exp     wave 3 22 exp (~10 players)
Total for solo rounds ~6500
Total for 10 players ~7,245
Total for 20 players ~8,190
Ect ect ect

Maybe improve the rewards, but don't change the friendly-fire, please. The game feels less natural without it.

Nord Invasion has reflective FF, which sucks big time.
