Most of the stuff here is way too hard for me. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned In Flames yet though, now that's some good melodic death metal, even with their newer stuff being a bit meh.

Wow that song rocks, up until 29 seconds.

I really tried to appreciate this stuff, but this genre is just not for me.
