Greys the only ones bypassing autobalance? Think again! Involves an admin!

I want to ask admins here as i can't see what you consifer as proof enough or not.
Would these proof of a bypassing autobalance:

So such thing is proof of bypassing?

I'm not an admin but this is obvious bypassing.

Arcona, sometimes in amateur football the referee is from one of the team.
This is just a mod, there is nothing professionnal, ppl are not paid, admin are players like us, even more ppl that are in a clan are often the most active on forum and servers, it's logical that most of admin are from clans they are the ppl that make this mod alive.

Anyway, any admin can be biased, clan or not, an admin could just dislike one person (because of forum or because he killed him everytime), i guess admin are choosen for their integrity and moral.

Correct, THIS is a prime example of bypassing the auto balance, unlike some other "evidence" in this thread.

As for admin bias, I have seen admins of the same clan be TOUGHER on their own (see smothrich banning lljk errday and Rangerbob all over any chaos he sees) because they should know better.  I have also kicked/banned multiple CHAOS members for their actions, while you may not see a warning for it is because I am warning them in TS.

In a community that is as small as this, there is no real way to have an admin group that is 100% clanless.  Instead we have people from multiple clans and a few independents.  It is a thankless job that we don't get paid for, we rarely get appreciated for, but we do it because it has to be done.
