okay in my case its because googel chrome mozilla works...
BUT
I got a Char named SoA_Lord_ODHarry at lv1.. its how I was named before a namechange recently.
Got my current SoA_ODHarry aswell wit all the stuff.

Click on the update your log in bit. It's in bold!

Once you've done that, it'll log you in and you select your character from the drop down box in the top left corner.

1. Click 'you must update your login'
2. Pick one of your characters and enter thier password (I used my main)
3. Choose a site account and password (you will use this to log in with from now on)
4. Click done
5. Log in
6. Pick one of your characters from the list
7. If they don't show up, wait a few minutes, clear your cookies, refresh, try again.

k now its working but whats this error message about a new version

ive just tried to update my new account and password, i got to step 3 and it was saying stuff like invalid login and stuff even though it was meant to be a new account ? and so i tried again, now at step 2 the same char i used to log in last time said that this account already exists and after a few more trys is now saying invalid login and none of my other chars work either .

Ok sorted, for some reason chrome didnt show the link, sorted via explorer

In the middle of updating my information, I lost link.  Now I can't log in with my old character log in OR the new website account that I made.

I can't even start over the process.  Can an administrator please assist me?

almost samething when i tryin to choose my char from left of the top of screen i lost connection and now i cant log in fuck my luck

Account already exists

If you already setup an account ("Account already exists") but don't remember the name/password do a password recovery. It will tell you the name and sets a new password.
