No I'm talking about those people who are always there, any time of day you enter EU1. Xant was never one of them. Which is good thing.

Unlocked generational bonus was completely broken design but it allowed crazy people such myself to unlock insane ticks which was pretty much the biggest reason for playing this mod. That was the first mistake newly appointed dev cmpxchg8b fixed.

It's kinda like smoking cigarettes. Today we all know it is extremely unhealthy and stinks but people still do it. Back in the days when smoking was socially acceptable and desirable, people used to smoke brands of cigs which had most nicotine in them, strongest scent and kick. It wasn't smart thing to do but people didn't give a fuck. They like it so they do it. Same goes for broken leveling mechanics and complete lack of balance in video games. Some of us like that.
