So... ya i've been stuck on the cliffs just southwest of Yalen with some other dudes who are stuck or not playing , any chance of a tele to yalen or some good mountaineering advice.... Haven't play'd strat in a long time

Go the opposite direction backwards from the cliff. Cliffs are impassable and you will be stuck forever. You should be able to back away from the cliff, if not then I think you do need a tele.
