I guess im done with cRPG cant get it to work. Lame way to end.

Just delete your old crpg folder, then re download everything and put it in the same spot. It solved every problem for me.

I know this ive tried at least 15 times. i didnt wana give up. I deleted Downloaded the MB repository link extracted into its own new folder tried playing i get into a server and M&B crashes. ive spent at least 8 hours failing at this.

Hrmm. Mount and Blade reports mod version as 0.220, but when clicking on an NA server, it says that I'm running version 0.000. Server reports running 1.220

Cant login to the servers as a result. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem, just downloaded the hotfix but I can't seem to log in to any server
Also on the startup screen it tells me it was "unable to find woman_face something or other" and then the same filename but with .lod extension

some of members had similar problem.
1 thing what helped was to not only reinstall M&B but steam as well
2 thing what helped with another problem while switching between maps was to update some sort of C liberary, he posted about that in the bug section

Go tot he .220 link, download the whole patch .221 included from the repository and copy over the old cRPG and it works fine.

Strange i can play in one server upon downloading, as soon as i try to switch servers i crash. then i have to reinstall to play on another server... looks like im reinstalling Crpg every hour... FML

I had the same problem and i found the solution : I put HDR off and it was fine. Hope it works for you.

wtf is HDR supposed to be? -.-

EDIT: foundit. but its only there when i play on DX9.

There's a guy on the NA Siege servers a lot, Nicotine, who regularly goes Bow + Arrows, no melee, and almost always has positive KD and even jumps down onto flags, fists over his head, to stop caps. If you're a dedicated archer, be a dedicated archer, pick up a melee weapon when your arrows are spent. I don't see a problem with it

But the stronbow was arguably the best bow allready (much longer time with small crosshair, faster rate of fire), and that only takes one slot. Longbow now give pierce damage. Only a retard would use warbow now

I strongly disagree with that the Warbow is a great medium between the strong and the long bows. I the archers who use the long bow easily and it takes a really good archer to kill me with the strong bow. My KD with the War bow is around 3 to 1 I spend my arrows then pick up more or snatch a melee weapon until I find a new quiver.
