If we use the second mode of trowing spears/Javelins/Jarids/Trowing lance what skills affects the damage outpot of it?

Polearm skill is the skill for the ones you mentionned, 1h is only for axes, hammers, the only exception being the 2h axe.

Darts:    1h - 22p - 100 speed
War Darts:    1h - 24p - 99 speed
Francisca:    1h - 28c - 101 speed – 0.5 weight
Throwing Hammer:    1h - 23b - 100 speed
Throwing Axe:    1h - 31c - 99 speed
Two handed Trowing Axe:    2h – 39c – 99speed
