WSE problem

I get this error when I try to play with WSE, and WSE is pretty much required for my low end machine.

As I wait for CMP I've done several things... the most interesting of which was remove the WSE folder to try a fresh install of it, but I get the same errors immediately after an update check. Anyone want to shoot me their WSE folder? The link on the taleworlds forum is an ancient version.
I know repair does this but I am desperately unskillfully troubleshooting.

If your awake now go pester cmp on irc since hes proberly alive at this time of day.

Also did you delete everything not just the wse2 folder?

Another question is your launcher still linked to your warband folder... did you move your warband folder for any reason?

Did you try reinstalling your .Net framework?

Installed anything new/removed anything before your problem started?

I quit probably a week after posting. Almost a month later I check it out, still nothing. Donkey team sucks dick. Good riddance.
