It's not like your average cocktail is exactly hard to mix anyway. Stuff like margaritas, white russians, martinis, it's all pretty basic.
If you seriously feel like the margarita is too much effort, though, then just squeeze a couple lime wedges into your glass of tequila and throw them in to soak. Works fine, assuming you're not doing shots like some kind of jerk.
