Actually on another Morrowind replay right now, unmodded (except for widescreen and AA support).

This game is a work of art. And, as one has to agree with Michael Kirkbride; 'the finest novel written in videogame fiction, a 40 hour narrative whose main character is only ever referenced is almost Nabokovian in aspiration, and prophecies whose truth is determined only by the player is akin to Borges if he only had been born with a USB port in the back of his beloved neck'.

I dunno man. Tried playing ff7 few days ago again, and I was like ¨Shit, this is not how I remember it looking...¨
Tseng: Used to the bitter taste of refusal, this only serves to reinforce his greatest life lession yet.
Cloud: And that is?
Tseng: Bitches, man.

I'll admit I'm a fan and realist, I've uninstalled really good, popular mods just because a simple quest didn't really make sense lore wise  or something. Plus I just like realism.

I remember one mod for fnv that added some new units to each of the factions, I had to uninstall it cuz the new units were completely lore breaking and it just irked me so much (legion with energy weapons? NCR "special forces" withr ranger armor and 1st recon berets? I don't think so motherfucker!)

An I know exactly what you guys are gonna say, so ima just clarify one thing.

It's funny because sociopath seems to target quite directly the "killable children" mod, and nothing else.

And I never used that one.
I thought it was quite irritating that they were discussing the non-killable children already before release.
And it took merely hours for someone to come up with a workaround.
It is kinda sociopathic to put that much effort behind it right from the start

I personally didn't install it, although I do see the point, even if it's not the "sociopath" point. I see it more as a realism mod that also improves gameplay. What about situations in which children see you committing a crime and you have to kill them? What about using children as invulnerable human shields? Those things are kind of gamebreaking in vanilla (even though they don't occur very often either, I admit).

Well, the "witness to a crime" thing is actually a good argument. Never thought about that... but I don't think it's really game breaking, more of a nuisance tops.
