Can someone give an official answer to the question of what changes were made to HA and throwing? The language is a little unclear.

Is it saying that previously any points in HA would lower your throwing proficiency even off a horse, but now having HA has no negative effect on throwing while off horse?

Before the patch, it was like:
-Horse Archery skill was reducing the wpf of archery and throwing (just like power throw and power draw skills, do reduce throwing and archery wpf)

Now it is:
-Horse Archery skill reduces wpf of archery and crossbow (no drawbacks to throwing wpf now)


It means a nerf to Horse Crossbowmen/women and a buff to Horse Throwers

revert the patch,  no , but change it a bit ... Now , you gain nothing with looms about damages , would be good to gain a damage point with 2 or 3 looms on a bow ...

- Decrease the missile speed of Nomad, Tatar and Horn Bow

You should still be able to shoot them. I for one enjoy taking out people who dont know the timings or the melee necessary to handle that class.

Unrealistic ranged damage should be lowered to lets say 10% of original one.
Nerf them all.
Bows and crossbows should emit some kind of laser light so we can see them, and make noises if someone is camping too much.
Also make shields break from nudges.
Nerf them again.

Ponies should be added in game.
At the end of the round there should be short vote for most annoying player who would lose 1 multiplier.
Nerf them again.
Oh and dont forget to nerf them.
