Side sword. It's sexy as hell, and goes nicely with my Cavalieres swag.

Italian sword is nice, but everyone fucking uses it. It's very good all around stat wise--good reach, good cut/thrust, good speed.

why is Side Sword so unpopular? I read somewhere that it was nerfed for obvious reasons, but is it not a versatile, fast sword?

Please allow 2 choices. 1h is fairly situational and depends on what players are ingame at the time.

Italian is way better then side sword.

Side sword has a crappy cut damage.  So its got 3 kind of garbage attacks and one GREAT stab.

Italian has 4 very good attacks and 1 very good stab.

Yep, I also use Italian on my alt.  It's not that fast but i can outspam most of guys.
