cRPG won't update for me with new launcher

I currently have version 4.5.4, and the new launcher will not update the client.

Tried:
Repair
Delete cRPG (won't let me even as admin)
Rename cRPG (won't let me as admin)

Can anyone help me out?

Are you getting an error that you could show us?

Also what version of the launcher do you have?

This is the message after a repair, even when I delete the file and run it with no errors it still says version 4.5.4 for crpg

Not at my PC right now so can't confirm what the launcher version should be, but I think this is the one to use: http://c-rpg.net/cRPGLauncher.exe

Have you tried reinstalling Warband? Might be worth a try since the file in your screenshot causing the error isn't in the cRPG directory

Thanks for the help so far, that link for the launcher is the one I used for updating.

I managed to uninstall warband and reinstall it (it was glitching still so I needed to restart for it to work) afterwards I went to update it and it did the same thing.

It still shows 4.5.4 version on the menu screen in cRPG, and I can find some servers NA1-3 but they are all empty. Are they normally empty at around 7pm EST weekdays?

At the moment servers only get populated a few times a week during primetime. We use the cRPG Discord and NA cRPG steamgroup to let people know when we are getting it going.
