Long Hafted Knobbed Mace

I still think it doesn't suit your playstyle. Hafted blades are good weps, so is two directional. but those three are in different catagories. Long hafted knobbed mace excel at being good at knockdown. A guy suggested me looming it in a server (I don't remember his name). He said that long hafted knobbed mace was the knockdown master. After trying a non-loomed version, I had to agree with him. The weapon contain an undiscovered secret power.

Go and buff it, I don't care. You will be just buffing the nice guy I met and get owned by him more easily. I don't even know why I try to prevent this from happening.

Knockdown chance is mostly based on weapon weight, so it can't be the knockdown master.

What do you mean by that? It has more weight than warhammer, which is certainly enough for such a long, fast and good damage weapon. It looks bad on paper, but when it comes to usage; it's a great choice.

I agree the shorter weapon could be heavier if it's speed rating ws bought in line with the longer "lighter" hafted mace.

Ehrm, but having more speed makes it an excellent weapon. 0.2 weight loss in comparision to 2 speed... Swing damage is also lowered by 3, but that is not as important as people think in my opinion. Of course you are free to choose long hafted spiked mace, but I liked the long hafted knobbed mace more and found it more useful. Both are knockdown masters, not to mention the power the heirloomed versions possess. Both are strong and are different.

Bad idea mate, it is awsome weapon. Cav use it as side weapon when you are dismounted because it is cheap. It can knock down,very fast,cheap,blunt dmg.
Dunno why ppl don't use it,but i think it is because no one realy know how awsome weapon that is.
