This is why siege is my new home. I don't find ranged to be much of a problem there.

True.  I enjoy being an x-bowmen on siege as well (at least on defense).  In battle it's mostly just lulzy considering the rate of fire from the throw spam and archer spam makes it nigh impossible to reload.

There's nothing more fun on siege than running headlong through a barrage of missiles into an archer nest, going all Ralphie on them.
