Wheat fields

I intend to make a map based on Tuscany countryside and it would involve big wheat fields. Now I wonder, is there a way to place them quicker than manually clicking? I've seen maps with very dense wheat fields that signify that either there is another way, or that the mapmaker was a very dedicated clicker.

As wheat consists of seperate objects, will placing thousands of them be very bad for performance? The wheat model is very simple and 2D so I'm not sure.

Clicky click for you. You can always make them bigger.

They should not (seing as they don't have any collision meshes) decrease performance (we did some testing and noticed nothing), they will however increase the size and the loading time of the map. Just keep it under 600kb.
Monkeys!

I barely know what that means, so probably not going to happen.

Autohotkey, you can simply record your mouse movements and then copy paste or loop it so you don't have to do as much clicking. It's also faster :D

Meh other types of crops would probably do the trick, I just like the look of wheat fields.

Currently downloading AutoClick 2.2

100000 clicks with 10 millisecond intervals, that might work. No idea how fast I'll burn through map size though.
