If it would have come to my intention then i would have made an effort to contact you first. Franky did contact you and you just told him that you already sold the Nodachi. Wintersturm afterwards wasn't very often online, just lately he is more active again. As then on another matter you got Franky upset, he told me about the Nodachi and because it was so long ago and i got to know of you only about this kind off trades which seemed to happen not only once, i choose to post it directly. I am myself far from a perfect guy, still someone who is in position of admin, who has in that way power over people, should therefor act with a little more insight. Is this the best outcome, possibly not. chadz was working on new rules where admins can rely on, haven't seen them sofar. Also i don't like to loose a good admin, but ask yourself if an admin should be meassured by all his actions within the community or only to a task at hand. You can't decipher your actions just by ingame admin task, forum or marketplace appearance, anyone is seen as a person and any action we do is taken into account. I do guess that some may now don't see onto me with kindness because i brought this up, this is so to say my Karma, where i have to live with it, still i believe it was the right thing to do.

well i had.more than one sucessful transaction with Poop and was never scammed or.cheated in any way and all in all i find him a nice.funny guy, but scamming newbies is not cool man, i was on the wrong side of a fucked up deal once and it doesnt feel good and Poop you were.scammed once.as i remember, doesnt feel too good right?

So the best way to scam people, is to wait for being an admin, then scam, then just get the admin "power" removed, and done ?


Well, i nearly never go on Na servers, so to be honest, i don't know at all how Poop is. But he sure didn't act as an admin on the forums, and in the marketplace. It's good to know that "decendy" is also a criteria to keep one's admin's right.

A shame NA lost his admin's right. But if this (remove admin right) was the only solution they got for Poop (victims not compensated), then i presume in 6 months Poop will have his admin rights back (he's active and fair ingame, or so i've heard) and it wouldn't have changed a thing.


I hate scammers.

Call him market shark, douchebag, asshat or whatever, but this doesn't make him a scammer (scamming by definition requires active participation of the scammer; taking advantage of one's mistake doesn't fall into that category).

plead your case however you like, but try to make the poll question and options unbiased and not leading... if you want people to take the results seriously.
