Best thread I read in the last months.
When I saw the notes about the latest patch I just thought, thats not true. Nerfing archers who already where underpowered was so crazy, and I say this as maybe 2% of my crpg time being archer. Didn't play since the new patch is out, I dont want to be part of such an unbalanced game.

The conquest map Fallen Abbey is too easy for attackers at the moment, a full timer reduction or defender respawn timer reduction is needed i think.

I've solved the problem!
When you spectate someone you have bird's view and if you don't you have the worse view from the point your "ghost" is.

In Conquest I have a bug when I want to choose spawn: Both with M and "Select Spawn" I can choose spawn from bird's eye perspective only sometimes, but sometimes the camera is there where I died last time and I can only turn around there with camera but cant "move" away. Choosing spawn from such an angle is harder, you have no orientation and sometimes when there's no flag in the near, I can't choose any spawn.

I would really appreciate a fix of this ;)

Btw there are non-conquest maps where you have to choose (the only) spawn..

I posted that before the valour got bugged (or before I learned that it was bugged).

Well that's why we had our misunderstanding. I started this thread when it was already bugged..

And I'm not only talking about siege, also valour in battle doesn't work as it used to.

People say that valour is bugged atm, but I'm not sure if it's a bug or feature. This "bug" would last for several weeks now without any fixes..
I regular see people raging that they don't get valour (including me) and i have lost over 70k now, cause I can only afford playing cav with valour.
No matter if it's a bug or not I would be very glad if that got fixed soon.

My latest lvl 30 build with heavy throwing axe and shield:

15 STR
21 AGI

120 1h
127 throwing

7 weapon master
6 ath
1 IF
5 PS
5 PT
5 Shield

Was fun to play cause you are a counter to every class:  you can't get shot by archers easily (shield), you can throw at everyone who has no shield, and against shielders you have bonus against shield ;)

Used it mostly in Siege but I think for battle it's also nice..

Poll gets a No from me. That would be another step towards "use a mainstream build or fail". I like the variety of classes and that would nerf katana, daggers etc, who are already rather rare..

Current speed bonus seems correct for everything except stabs delivered by agility characters, which can do over-the-top damage. However, it might still be balanced, because those same agi chars can kill themselves with their own speed bonus if they mis-time their stabs.

Agi builds with light armor don't seem to be too strong in my opinion. The heavy armored melee with balanced build is as good or better in average.

I don't like that you can't play it with splitscreen on PS 3, like most of the newer games.
