I just started and seeing 70 players in a server again is honestly really exciting.
I'm still terribly bad and i can't afford any of my builds yet.
Looking forward to trying out being an archer again.
Maybe i'll actually figure out how to fight 1h with no shield this time, i'm usually just harmlessly bouncing hits off people for minimal damage in this engine.

I stumbled onto this game after a terribly bad experience with a horrible clan during one of the worst periods in my life. I spent an, honestly, unhealthy amount of time making my way to generation 19.
I remember Camping The Stairs and xKhanx, shield walls and [D]efend the Stairs!
I remember morning duels when the servers were "low" population at 15-20 people before the daily rush of 30/40 per side rolled in.
I remember goatee
I remember when archery was viable, and when horseback xbow was broken.
I remember overtuning athletics, running about with a rondel dagger, and absolutely assassinating backline players.
I remember getting stomped by players who were actually good at the mechanics, but also holding my own enough to enjoy most rounds.
I remember grand battles and good times, a lot of trash talk with very little malice.
I guess what i'm trying to say is it's weird that i'm back at a forum for a game i haven't really in at least 5 years, but that's a testament to quality and community.
Y'all provided some great times and i'm looking forward to what comes for CRPG Bannerlord.
Until then I'm honestly thankful for the times i had here, they are in my top 3 lifetime gaming experiences.

The giant wall of text is 2 years before the implosion. Smoothrich took the time to go through 2 years of posts to put that together for you guys. Not sure why LLJK imploded, i was on hiatus at the time.

Not only is it a compilation of posts, it's a "greatest hits" given that all of them are two years old or older, from back when i first started CRPG (first clue is that there are actually multiple goons talking about CRPG). Smoothrich, bless him, took the time to go to the SA forums and dig years back into the archives for the lolz. That's true dedication.

Sorry dudes, CRPG is a pretty fun place to be and i'm kinda tired of being a dickpuncher. I know a thread is kinda lame, but i'm a firm believer in admitting when I'm wrong no matter how awkward.

Seems one of the picture links on your link rotates through images over time. Most of them are benign but one is linking to some sort of sex column complete with a completely naked picture of a couple posed in a woman-on-top sex position.
