Usually what happens is that the admin (in this case RangerBob) could not see what was going on, and gives out a general warning. Then later he spectates and checks up on the situation.

If you start retaliating, when he starts spectating that very well may be the first thing he sees, is you swinging at team mates. Revenge Team Wounding is not allowed for multiple reasons, one of which is that we can not condone vigilante behavior as that leads to chaos, and the other reason is that sometimes we "arrive at the scene of the crime" too late and all we see is the so-called victim blowing away the people who started it.

EDIT: Also stop deliberately provoking other players.

But lets not derail this awesome subject anymore with that nonsense, I'll write this only once more, for all of you with Keshian-like ammount of IQ: battle servers, Strategus battles, various tournaments, you name it - Bandits always play by the rules, we don't even need to read the rules to be able to stick to them more then some "admins".....when I was around Panos behaved and he is more fun to have around then 1000 Nuffens put together (that is IF you could find more then one Nuffen-like person in the world, if you resurrected Columbus, Magellan, James Cook, Lewis & Clark, Leif Ericsson, Marco Polo and all the other famous explorers and given them one more life to find a person even remotely stupid as our dear Nuffy here, I think that would be a fail expedition). I do, however, believe he (Panos) stepped the line on more then one occasion and I (long time ago) encouraged the admins to give him what he craves for (warning/mute/ban/whatever, not a cock, he gets that at his local gym). Other then him Bandits generally behaved much better then most of the clans, especially some "decent" ones and branding a whole clan to be rule breakers, not only that but DELIBERATE rule breakers, and claiming that "bad behavior" is desirable in our clan, well that's just nonsense, it takes a full-time idiot to seriously claim something like that and even bigger idiot to believe it.
In the end - yes, we had some admin "troubles" in the past (more or less always the same admins/moderators, the "beloved" ones) but I have great respect for (most of) their work because i realize how hard it is to be an admin of community like this. Personally i think Chevy chadz does a great job in every department (except maybe with the selection of his staff, i mean just look at his main item balancer....seriously ?  Then Nuffy & Wookie admins ? Joke of the century.....and it spreads all the way down to people like Armbrust Moronne becoming admins on cRPG servers......i could name a few more flawed men in this area but I wouldn't want to offend anyone as i know how sensible they are) and i hope he keeps up the same way. Now i think this wall of text is big enough, hope you enjoyed reading it. 

Oh lol, go troll some other place. I didn't even ban Panos, ever.

I think that chadz, Merciful Chimpinx, Gurnisson, oKin, Meow, Espu, Thomek, nuffen & Serfonz should all come to our TS one Sunday evening (while we are all there ofc) and if, after that pleasant event of hanging out with us, they would still have a strong dislike towards the Bandits that would be a definite proof that there is absolutely nothing human in them, not a single bit of heart & soul.

Hey, the bandits shut down, remember? Reason: The admins didn't give special threatment to a clan where the main idea was to behave bad.

The IRC, Internet Relay chat, is a protocol. It can't really be up or down.
Are there servers up atm? Yes, thousands.
Are there networks up atm? Yes, hundreds.
Are Quakenet up atm? Yes.

Then, whats down?
Webchat!
And you shouldn't be using webchat anyway, because it SUCKS!
Get a proper client. Using windows? Get mIRC on www.mirc.com
Using firefox? Chatzilla works (still, mIRC is better)
Linux? Learn2google ffs!
Mac? Go get a proper computer (or l2google)

Clearly you do a great job of reading as well since just a few posts above the creator of the mod stated everyone's known about it for a year yet action was only taken just a few short months ago once the hack was put up for public download.

Or, the devs was monitoring the amount of hackers until enough people started to use it to be a problem, and bam, they solved the problem.

Then these hacks were posted publicly and over 250 people were banned, a SIGNIFICANT percentage of players when you take a look at how few people are actually playing cRPG or Warband. A little bit of common sense would tell you that many people escaped the bans which just further illustrates how wide spread the usage was.

Your assuming they were banned because someone observed them hacking, and that there was a lot that wasn't banned. What if the hack itself was logged over some time, then everyone who ever used it was banned, wouldn't that change your perspective a little bit?
No one in their right mind would dare to auto-block in c-rpg because it means they will lose their character, not after last ban-wave.

The autoblock of mine is much better, but i still can't get used to it.

The admins have come to a conclusion, they have decided to stop kicking everyone who shoots at you anymore. Your autoblock doesn't work anymore.
