cRPG Technical problems / My problem still stands, missing 2 of my main characters :(

I lost two main characters due to an id change or cd key and an admin said he would help me but he stopped replying to my messages in private, i need an admin that can recover my two characters, as they were my richest and highest leveled, please help! i will provide my info in private as i don't want to reveal sensitive information.

I play on a new ip now but accidentally logged into my character Arglwydd_Cymru_y_dde_Ddraig before recovering my website account, now this character is not listed as mine anymore? please help admins!
