cRPG Technical problems / Keeps asking for Pin?

It won't let me join a team or even see who's playing on NA 1 because it keeps asking me for my pin. I don't know what it is. Is there any way past this?

I've searched around the forums for a samurai build that finishes at hopefully 30 but I couldn't find any.
Was wondering if anyone had a good build for Nodachi/Yumi/heavy samurai armor? And if it's even viable or fun at all?
