« on: November 12, 2014, 01:01:52 pm »Dude I'm a classic 2hand hero abuser for years in cRPG because its so easy to stomp scrubs with spam and hilt slashes and crap, but I've also played plenty of 1hander and try to always do really easy OP shit for good KDs and having fun.
Since 1hand stab got buffed, get a faster high pierce weapon and just stab the shit out of people. Dunno how OP it is now (like polearm overhead) but the stab with 101+ speed weapons and standing directly in front of people I could just keep stabbing as bad players tried to respond with blocks or attacks, or just keep held thrusts while darting around ganking people with surprise shanks and repeated support stabs the moment they get distracted.
And remember that if you use good footwork you can spam left swings really close for repeated high damage head hits with very little effort. Dunno how right swing is anymore but you can just backpedal and spam that if any 2hander or polearm tries to spam you and you will win the scrub tier trade with zero damage and easy kills if you can abuse max reach.
If you keep your shield up too much you are instantly going to be seen as bad and someone will spam you for a quick kill, its like pub stomp chum..

« on: November 11, 2014, 01:23:28 pm »Even the crappy Simple Swords have 102 speed at +3 now. I think it would be fairly difficult to outspam that, even if they're still very weak. Not saying that one dominates the other, but I think 1h can still compete, even with only cheap items available to them.wat? u kiddin me?

why dont u just take some 2m long and 5kg iron pipe and try to swing that awhile foot work? dont u guys learn physics in school? u need a fulcrum and stuff ah come oooon...
that speed bonus is a bullshit. untill u remove it this game is a game for lame kids like QQX.

but still there is a plenty 2h abusers. 1h and shields buff doesnt make any difference till u have no chances against agi 2h spammer with 5m reach heavy axe with light armour who survives 3-4 1h hits

One level is equivalent in power to at least 5 loompoints anyway, so there's really no good reason to not forget about looms and maximize your level. All the veterans have access to huge armories filled with +3. Even in Pixel Paladins, which is still a relatively modest clan, there are like 40 +3 items just sitting in the armory all day.
armory is communism. west countries had fight with for 50 years. and for what ?
i mean... there is lotsa people who prefere to have their own equipment.
