cRPG Technical problems / Wrong Repair fee charged on me(not sure)

I don;t know why but last game, that game charged me a repair fee for sword of war, but i don;t have that item.
maybe it's wrong charge.....

I think i got that item on field during battle, but it wasn;t mine...

Is it bug?
