Closed Requests / Ban request

Request: BAN (Temp. or Perm, whatever you see fit)
Reason: TKing and ban request for fun (French friends united against a guy for the fun of it when no one is online)
Thankfully ban poll did not pass because a guy, kevin, was also there, and 51% was required.
The TKs were executed at spawn, he got off his horse and literally TKed me.
Enyz did not have a horse, he just charged at me TKing. Normally, I wouldn't make a fuss about this, but this hatred towards non-French people ticked me off. And the fact that I could not defend myself, being lvl 5... (Respecs :/ )

P.S: Not sure I'm posting in the right section, I saw "Ban/Unban requests", but I see no ban requests here, possibly because people don't lose their time doing ban requests here.
Edit: Would also like to add, they did not know I speak and understand fluently French, so they insulted me behind my back, or so they thought they were.

Recap of the prohibited actions:
Hitting a horses ass (Guilty, I felt like tapping a horse for the lulz)
Fist fight with JonyWalker (Friendly, we both wanted it, he even lol'ed after the fight is over and Phantom got angry at us for having fun, fun in a videogame you say?! THE ATROCITY! THE HUMANITY?! How dare they have fun in my server?!)
Hitting Ulfrafk (Not sure about the name, he's an archer in NA_RPG1) - Okay so, I was testing a certain way of fighting that I personally started in Jedi Academy (JK3 for fans) 6 years ago; Spinning; a technic where you set your mouse sensitivity fairly high to be able to have a HUGE attack radius while also having a very fast attack speed (does not give more damage). I set the mouse sensitivity too high for my comfort and I hit, in an Iron Staff swing, the guy behind me with the tip of my staff. I said sorry, the guy just continued on; 30 seconds later, I was banned off of it. I came back for like the two seconds that your ban system lets me on and I heard this specific message from the archer that I hit: "Lol, I really think it was an accident Phantom".
People seem prone to hate me because of my new name, it's okay, whatever, just don't BAN me because of an accident (not including the horse tap, that was my bad, I didn't even kill the horse, just literally stabbed it with an iron staff up the anal region for the lulz at spawn).

Yeah well, not much to voluntarily boycotting, they perm. banned me anyways. I'll never play on that server again.
BTW, right before banning me, they kept telling me how they're sure I was someone's ALT? Some guy in KOR? Dunno why... If this can help solve the case.

They can ban ppl for using rocks?
I was using rocks because I was out of money, I was actually hitting people, and they decided to ban me.
Is that legal? I was actually attacking. How can they be allowed to do that?
Edit: They told me to spawn with a weapon after I bought a weapon and missread the difficulty on it, poor, I bought quickly rocks and they still banned me. Did I mention I actually got a kill with them?
Edit2: Forgot to add, they let their members TK me without consequences. The guy who banned me, something like: OoTL_Dank? The guy who TKed: ManAtArms_Squabblin_OoTL (something like that)
Edit3: I would of posted this in the Admin ABooze section but it is mentionned that only cases involving EUROPEAN admins are treated:
"A. Nomination Phase
The Nomination Phase looks like this: you accuse an admin (EU only) of abuse of his in-game powers. You have to state the reason and bring some proof. Do this by posting a new thread with the name of the admin in the thread title. If me or cmp have the feeling that you are just joking around, there will be a mute incoming and your thread be deleted."

I expected no less such lies from an NA Admin.
There is a reason why pierce weapons exist.

Nah its okay, don't bother, decided to quit, lost 4k of denars over an hour, all I had is light strange armor gear and a bec of corbin.
This is not worth it, I can't compete with full plated armors without getting major penalized.
Money is going back to a guy who made my playing possible.

All I have is a Bec of Corbin, black greaves and two LIGHT strange items equipped and I went from 9.5K to 8.4K in 25 minutes because of repairs. That's BS.

I wear 29k equip and i can manage not to lose money at least. Sometimes when we get an hour long of x5 i even manage to get 5-10k from this.
STOP WHINING AND START KILLING
Tell that to the Monster wearing plate armor lvl 30 chasing me around like I'm a practice dummy!

Dear gentlemen, ladies and others,
I've had some serious issues with the new repair costs. I'm a mid-funded talentless player, as some of you know after cutting me in half, blocking upwards while you were holding a left swing for 2 seconds. After hard hours of grinding, and standing behind complete Juggernauts such as Jex (K/D: 22-2, dear lord). And stealing some kills when ppl are not lookin', i've finally managed to get my sneaky lil hands on two good items; Black boots and Bec-De-Corbin. The repair rate, as I have experienced last night, is quite high and takes alot of denars from my poor old gold pouch.
In fact, I was at 3x for an hour, and I was LOSING money from the repairs of some good items. It was something to behold. At one point, I didn't even have money left to repair my boots. Me being new and low level, I don't have much money to spend and sacrificed my spleen, my soul and one of my kidneys (I think it's the left one, not sure) for that weapon and ma' booties.
I seriously wish you would fix the repair system, it's incredibly annoying and denar-consuming:
- Make it take into account the level of the player and his generation (for % chance of breaking)
- If I don't get hit, please don't break my boots? D: (<--- I think this one is impossible to script)
- Give me free denars!
