What do you mean by persistent though? Persistent forever? For 24 hours? Persistent throughout the round? I imagine it'd only be through the round but *shrug*.

I was thinking a more longish term like a week-month or so; construction/defending would have more meaning than a short term period and constant wipes allows newer people to get their feet wet without being slaughtered.

For stronghold mode, is the world persistent, is there a building grace period and then no more building, or are you always free to build? If the foremost and last case, how would you prevent people from randomly building walls in the middle of a fight?

I think he's referring to times when shielders are pressing up against an archer and the archer is moving while looking perpendicularish to the shielder and somehow doesn't get bumped, so when the shielder finally attempts an attack he's shot in the head.

I think that 1h R to L is one of the weakest animations in the game, unless you're talking about the opponent's right?, it's a long arc so it's easy to out swing at close ranges. Your second table with 1h being second best at everything sounds about right.

Can't say agi is definitely OP, but I wouldn't mind to see a slight damage nerf, either by removing the damage bonus from WPF or reducing the speed bonus damage for all classes by like 10-15%.
Well no, it's 14 (assuming you have 18 str in case of 6 PS and 24 str in case of 8 PS).

I was thinking, since a lot of people have an issue with agi's sticking on armor and being faster than an average str build, and I would rather not have the armor difficulty upped, why not do something like increase armor weight and increase the str reduction to how armor effects your movement speed?

Also, IF for range stun shortening, and make a counter to the shield skill [ie +13% damage vs shield/IF; blatant lobbying is blatant]

I always wondered what happens to the "..." when it is the end of  sentence. What is the grammatical rules? Is it "..." includes a "." to end the sentence? or should we add a "." after the "..." to make i absolutly clear that it is the end of a sentence?

I use a 100 speed 1h w/170 wpf, and dozens of times I have released a left swing or overhead at the same time my opponent released a bec/long axe overhead, and I got hit first (and it wasn't even that close). Pole overhead is not only ridiculously fast, but the animation is very "jerky" and renders so much differently depending on ping and/or wpf+speed.

It depends on the twirling factor and where they are relative to you, just saying that you released first says nothing; I frequently left swing vs a right [and sometimes overhead]. I don't notice poles to be ridiculously fast except for a few cases where the person was also very fast, in which cases I just assume they're higher than level 31.

Also spear and pick can be used with a shield which is a huge+, and comparing weapon lengths across different types is more trickier than a straight comparison. That being said, that weapon is much better than I would've thought, but than again, I don't think they actually balance based off of price for most items.
